1. 14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you are entitled to a complete refund of your purchase price.

2. How to request a refund

You can request a refund in either of two ways:

• Reply to the purchase confirmation email you received from Lemon Squeezy and ask for a refund.
• Log in to the Lemon Squeezy customer portal via the link in your purchase email and initiate the refund there.

3. Who processes the refund

Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. They handle all payment and refund transactions. The refund typically appears on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

4. Effect on download access

After a refund is issued, your personal download link will be deactivated. You will no longer be able to download PureAlbum images associated with that order. Any copies already downloaded before the refund are covered by the honour system; please delete them.

5. After the 14-day window

Refund requests received after the 14-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We will make every reasonable effort to find a fair resolution. To make a late request, reply to your purchase confirmation email with a brief explanation.
